FINANCIAL

DUTY DEFERMENT ACCOUNTS

We offer customers the option to set up a duty deferment account – enabling them to defer payment of most custom charges – to help with cash flow and selling stock on.

CUSTOMS AND EXCISE

With our in-house tax and excise experts on hand, we are able to advise on all things relating to excise and customs clearance. Whether this is import/export, payments and deferrals, or potential tariff changes due to Brexit, we are ready and able to provide guidance and support.

REPORTING

INVENTORY REPORTS

We are able to accurately track inventory, with daily reports of warehouse stock holding at SKU level. We have full visibility of the number of cases and pallets including the ‘days on hand’ of each lot.

STOCK MOVEMENT REPORTS

We keep on top of stock movement with full visibility of what is coming in and out of our warehouse, alongside monitoring customer deliveries and returns.

OUTTURN REPORTS

Full visibility allows us to accurately monitor the measurements of bulk wine received, wine used in bottling and wine wasted, and the total number of bottles produced per works order.

DELIVERY REPORTS

Our daily report shows which orders have shipped and includes acknowledgement of receipts of delivery. PODs are available on request for audit purposes.
