OUR MANUFACTURING HALL IS A STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY THAT HAS PACKAGED OVER 2 BILLION BOTTLES SINCE OPENING IN 2009. COMPRISED OF THREE HIGH SPEED BOTTLING LINES, THREE BAG-IN-BOX LINES, A CANNING LINE AND POUCH FILLER, WE PRODUCE AT A RATE OF A MILLION BOTTLES AND 150,000 BAGS EVERY DAY.

We optimise efficiency through bespoke and unique shift patterns, Manufacturing operates at the pull of the customer demand, flexing our working hours to produce up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Utilising only permanent and fully trained staff, we do not dilute our teams with temporary labour, ensuring our skill levels and performance remain at the highest and most consistent level throughout the busiest production periods.

Our manufacturing staff are trained to World Class levels in a variety of disciplines, from spending extended periods at the dedicated Krones Academy in Germany to on-site training in WSET. We maintain the highest possible Quality, Environmental and Safety standards, all certified by external audit bodies from ISO through to IFS & BRC AA+. All this ensures that every drop of wine reaches the customer in exactly the condition that the winemakers intended.
