The consistent quality of our product forms an integral part of our manufacturing process, where manufacturing teams are in complete control of all the quality attributes that our customers tell us are important to them.
Key characteristics such as oxygen are controlled throughout the process by close control of headspaces and employing the use of inert gas as a preventative measure. Our facility boasts a world leading oxygen control of 0.1ppm from tank to bottle and wine loss of 0.5%. Careful management ensures complete consistency of product from the loading at our winery partners through supply chains to the final product format, so all our customers can enjoy the product that the winemakers have developed for them.
Employee engagement combined with cutting edge Technology ensures that the product we make meets the standards required at all points in the process. The utilisation of 3 types of vision inspection system, with 25 separate measurements conducted for fill heights, closure fitting, quality of barcodes, label print and placement allows our operators to make focussed quality decisions, maintain a World Class complaints per million unit below 3.0 and keep to a minimum waste in terms of operator time, materials and end product.
