FORMULA OPTIMISATION

To bring the recipes to life we have a state of the art, high speed beverage blending facility, capable of combining multiple ingredients to provide a perfectly blended product, with accurate targeting of ABV throughout. The ATEX rated equipment can safely process a broad spectrum of ABV liquids, from 0% to high strength. Storage tanks and transfer lines designed specifically for liquid processing guarantees product quality from start of blend to bottling.

WINE LABORATORY

EXPERTISE, INNOVATION AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY ARE USED TO IMPLEMENT RIGOROUS TESTING FOR EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCTS.

We provide full laboratory analytics for our customers with an in-house laboratory operated by highly skilled technicians. Their excellent technical abilities and full competency enables them to operate, calibrate and maintain our equipment. We also have two resident wine makers on site, who are trained in systematic tasting of wine up to at least WSET level 2 to assess and consult on production.
